Wedding & corporate rates

Hourly service with multiple trips inside your reserved window. No minimum hours on wedding service.

Weddings

Multiple trips included within your time frame

11-passenger Mercedes Sprinter: $150 / hour
Additional shuttle (up to 14 passengers): $225 / hour
5-passenger SUV add-on: $100 / hour

No minimum number of hours required.
Wedding service must be booked at least one week in advance — months ahead is smart, since peak season fills up.
Additional shuttles are a mix of Mercedes Sprinters and Ford Transits.

Corporate Events

Package deals available

11-passenger Mercedes Sprinter: $175 / hour
Additional 14-passenger van: $250 / hour
5-passenger SUV add-on: $120 / hour

Packages can cover travel-day rides, around-town service, and local errands or deliveries during your group's stay.
Rates run higher because gratuity is not charged on corporate work orders.

A 20% gratuity on wedding service is added unless requested otherwise at booking. Corporate work orders are not charged gratuity. Call Justin at (512) 667-8440 to talk through your event.

Cancellations & Cleaning

Last-minute cancellation: 20% of reservation
Excessive mess in any vehicle: $25
Offsite professional detail: $150
Biohazard cleaning: $225

Damage & Waiting

Idle fee (driver waits, under 2 hours): $25 / hour
Onsite delay without notice: $30 / hour
Vehicle damage caused by passengers: Billed at repair cost

Delay fees start after a 30-minute window and may be waived at our discretion.
Invoices are presented for all required repairs.
